South Broadway Handyman is a Denver institution serving the Baker and Washington Park neighborhoods since 2011. Luis painted our entire Baker bungalow interior — every room, all the original trim, the kitchen cabinets. The results are spectacular. He respected the character of the 1905 home and the colors are perfect.
Replaced all our outdated light fixtures and installed dimmer switches throughout. Clean work, safe, and the new fixtures completely modernized the look. Very efficient and reasonably priced.
Fixed a dripping bathroom faucet and patched drywall in two rooms in one visit. Luis arrived right on time, finished everything quickly, and the patch work is invisible. Great guy to work with.
